Kamic Electronics' acquisition of ElektronikGruppen 

Since August 2011, ElektronikGruppen is a part of the KAMIC Group.

On 22 June 2011, Kamic Electronics AB (a company within KAMIC Group) launched a public tender offer to all shareholders in ElektronikGruppen BK AB. The acceptance period for the offer ended on 12 August, and on 16 August 2011 it was announced that Kamic Electronics owned more than 90 per cent of the shares in ElektronikGruppen and that the offer was to be completed. Kamic Electronics also decided to extend the acceptance period until 2 September 2011.

Following the expiry of the final acceptance period Kamic Electronics holding in ElektronikGruppen corresponds to 96.4 per cent of the share capital and 97.1 per cent of the votes. Kamic Electronics has called for redemption of the outstanding minority shares. This process is underway and is expected to be completed during 2012.

Due to the new ownership situation, ElektronikGruppen's shares have been delisted from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Final day of trading in the company's shares was 27 September 2011.
